Basic Performance Questionnaire when applying to a ticketing system

In case you notice any problems when working with systems in the cloud, you need to contact tech support via the ticket system, specifying the necessary list of information to process the request and better feedback from CLOUD4Y technical support.

B1. What type of problem is observed and what is the frequency of the problem?

B2.In what time intervals was the problem observed, fix the date and time of the problem, if necessary provide screenshots of system boot from "Task Manager" (Windows) or htop (Linux), or screenshots of errors that occurred while working in the guest OS.

B3. Did you make any changes to the configuration of the cloud or a particular VM? Were there any new software installed.

Answers to these questions will help to understand the problem more correctly and speed up its containment.
