If you notice any problems while working in the cloud, you need to contact tech support via the ticket system, specifying the necessary list of information to process the request and better feedback from CLOUD4Y technical support.

It is necessary to obtain the information on the "Basic Questionnaire" beforehand.

P1. Was the problem observed within the whole cloud or a specific VM? If it is a specific one, specify the name of a VM in the cloud infrastructure, indicating the name of the virtual datacenter (vDC) where the VM is located.

P2. Was there an increase in the quantitative load on the end VMs? Did you increase the number of connected users, the volume of incoming requests, or the volume of I/O operations?

P3. What functions does this VM perform (web-server, database server, application server, server 1c, etc.)?

P4. Was there any preliminary optimization of the OS and the end application operation?

Answers to these questions will help to understand the problem more correctly and speed up its containment.
