Adjustment is carried out using the setup wizard, which opens when you click New protection:

Migration is performed using the New migration button. It has a direction.
The migration setup wizard includes 5 steps.
Step One: Choose vApp and VM for migration
Step two: selecting a physical datacenter
Step three: selecting a virtual datacenter
Step four: Migration settings. If you enable the configuration, you can exclude disks, change the start time of synchronization
Step five: check before starting the operation
