1) Windows OS
The agent installer is located on RedCheck server in C:\RC_Install. Only the directory where the agent should be installed is specified during installation. In addition, the following steps should be done:
Create local or domain security group REDCHECK_ADMINS.
Add a user with user rights to connect the server to the agent
If a firewall is installed on the VM, you need to open TCP port 8732 for server access.
2) Linux/FreeBSD
These systems are checked without installing an additional agent. The server needs access to the VM via SSH protocol. Additionally, you need to perform the following actions:
Create a user to access the system via ssh
In the configuration file /etc/sudoers make the following settings
Defaults:[username] !requiretty
[username] ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL
